I happen to have two unused Polder thermometers. They retail for $16.00. I used this brand when I made my toffee and caramel on the stove. That is, before I got my awesome Savage Bros. FM-14 cooker. They can be used for candy making or other cooking uses. If you are buying other things on this site you may want to throw in one of these.
