Shipping Rates

We offer shipping through either USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS.  Some of the items listed for sale are quite large and heavy.  Shipping is not offered on certain items and free pick up is the only option.

Do you Guarantee Delivery Dates and Time? 
Winter storms, hurricanes, flooding; these are just a few reasons why there may be delivery delays. Because there are some forces of nature that are out of our hands, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order is out for delivery.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email which includes your tracking number. If you have trouble tracking your order, please give us a call and we can assist you.

Pick Up

Free pick up is offered to our local customers.  Orders can be picked up at 430 Fernwood Drive in Moraga.  Please call Linda at 510-447-0401 to arrange a convenient time.
